Deliberate Practice by Therapy Model

Yes. Who are these free therapist training resources for?

Practicing therapists, clinical supervisors, and graduate students. They are built for the supervisors and students in the Sentio University MFT program and for clinicians working in any practice setting. You do not need to be a Sentio student to use them.

What therapy models are covered?

Twelve. Ten have a full deliberate practice package with a complete recording, structured exercises, references, and presenter bios: Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, TEAM CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy. Two more, Systemic Therapy and Child Therapy, are covered through Practice Time episodes.
