Faculty: Jason Brand, LCSW, Alycia O'Connell, LCSW, & Ariana Lloyd, LCSW
Date: October 9th, 2025 – 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST / 6 PM CET

How do supervisors move beyond case discussion and conceptual teaching to actually help therapists get better?
Join us for a practical and interactive introduction to Deliberate Practice (DP) supervision — a research-informed approach that focuses on targeted skill rehearsal, feedback, and measurable improvement.
In this live webinar, Dr. Jason Brand, Alycia O'Connell, & Ariana Lloyd will introduce the core steps of DP supervision and demonstrate the method through a live roleplay. You’ll see firsthand how the Sentio Supervision Model structures supervision to address real client challenges, identify therapist skill gaps, and engage in focused rehearsal that leads to stronger outcomes.
Attendees will learn:
The core principles of DP supervision — what makes it different from traditional supervision.
The seven steps of the Sentio Supervision Model — a practical roadmap for supervisors.
How to turn client challenges into therapist learning goals with clarity and precision.
Why rehearsal matters — how repeated, feedback-driven practice improves skills that actually show up in session.
A live demonstration — experience a real DP supervision roleplay and watch the method in action.
This session is designed for supervisors, trainers, and clinicians who want to level up their training and supervision practice and explore a model that is gaining international recognition for its promise to improve therapist effectiveness. Whether you’re brand new to DP or already experimenting with it, this primer will give you tools you can use right away.
