We invite you to spend those six hours with us inside real Deliberate Practice supervision. You will watch real clinical cases, work with video, and join our live weekly supervisor meetings to question, discuss, and learn alongside working supervisors and some of the most experienced Deliberate Practice supervision trainers in the country. Sentio University supervisors in a video-based Deliberate Practice session

Learn From Real Deliberate Practice Supervision of Real Cases

This course is built entirely around Deliberate Practice, the methodology Sentio University was founded on. Rather than hearing supervision described in theory, you watch it happen. Real supervisors. Real clinical cases. Real Deliberate Practice supervision, unscripted and unedited. Then you join our live weekly supervisor meetings to ask questions and take part in genuine clinical discussion. You leave with techniques you can use in your next supervision session.

How the Six Hours Work

Three hours of recorded supervision

Watch a curated set of Sentio's Deliberate Practice supervision training videos that show how skilled supervisors coach clinicians through specific, observable moments of clinical work.

Three hours of live participation

Attend three of Sentio University's weekly video-based supervisor development meetings. You learn from live Deliberate Practice supervision of real cases, ask questions, and take part in real group discussion with practicing supervisors.

A Small Peer Group, Guided by Leading Trainers

Sentio's supervisor meetings are deliberately small. You learn in an intimate peer group of supervisors, guided by some of the most experienced Deliberate Practice supervision trainers in the country. The scale keeps everything personal. You can ask your own questions, follow real cases closely, and learn from how seasoned trainers think through the hardest moments in supervision.

Built Around Clinical Outcome Data

At Sentio, supervision is informed by real clinical outcome data. Every therapy session at the Sentio Counseling Center is tracked with validated routine outcome measures, so supervisors can see which clients are improving and focus their supervision where it matters most. In this course you see how outcome data is woven directly into Deliberate Practice supervision, and how watching the score sharpens the decisions a supervisor makes. Research shows that therapists who regularly review client outcome data achieve better results.
