All purchases made through www.sentio.org are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the individual product or service page. Some offerings may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Scope of Products and Services

Sentio.org exclusively offers online services and digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical products. As such, this return policy applies solely to digital and service-based transactions.

Include your name, the email address associated with your purchase, and a description of the product or service for which you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions
