I had such a great experience with Sentio University's MFT program. I felt honored to be a part of the program and deepen my knowledge in the field. The expectations and program guidelines were very clear, which helped me feel supported and prepared for success. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in the field.

I just completed the internship for undergraduate students and it was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend for psychology students who are looking for a psychotherapy skills internship as it was really manageable to integrate into a busy class and work schedule!

This internship was truly an amazing experience that I needed to feel the confidence that I can be a good therapist in the future. The skills that we were taught were super helpful and very foundational to build upon my own personal style with therapy. I feel much more confident to go into a graduate program now with these skills as my base. The experience to work with peers and receive professional feedback from a supervisor was very helpful and insightful, and I wish that the program was longer, so I could retain these skills better. However, I am aware it is an undergraduate program so for the length of it, I believe that they have taught and provided enough information to set us up for a good future. I participated in Sentio's Undergraduate Psychotherapy Skills internship and it was a great experience! It was fun to be in a community of other undergrads learning these skills for the first time and it definitely helped me feel ahead of my peers!

There were countless helpful resources to learn about the skills we were practicing and the active practice with feedback was my favorite part. I appreciate Sentio University for making a program for undergraduates in the Psychology field. It gives us a preview of what providing psychotherapy is like, and working with professionals in the field for guidance is so dope. This program definitely helped solidify what I want to pursue after my bachelors. The staff also is always available for any questions we have that don't necessarily have to do with the internship, but about advice in your educational journey. There should be more colleges that offer these type of internships to undergrads.

I really enjoyed gaining hands-on experience in a psychotherapy session, and I appreciate this time because I know I'll be applying these skills in my career.

The Sentio 100-hour internship was extremely helpful for me in finding my path after college. It helped me realize that I want to be a therapist and provided me with foundational skills to start my career! Mikaela and Peter were always so helpful, in both their feedback and answering any questions about the Mental Health field. The workload was light enough for my busy schedule, while also making me feel accomplished and excited about everything I learned. I'm truly thankful for this experience, and I only wish it could have been even longer!

I had an amazing experience during my Deliberate Practice Zoom internship! From the very beginning, the cohort was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and professional. The virtual format made it easy to balance my schedule, while still getting hands-on experience. I was able to observe and assist with a variety of therapeutic approaches, all while receiving valuable feedback from the great instructor Peter. The mentorship I received was exceptional, and I felt like I was truly growing and learning every day. I wish it could have been longer!
